Your conversations take place within the ChatGPT platform and are subject to OpenAI’s terms and conditions. ChatGPT and its technology are owned and run by OpenAI, not Aviva.
If you request a quote from Aviva, your request will be sent to Aviva and our response will appear in a clearly labelled Aviva-branded section with the Aviva logo. Aviva is responsible for that content. The rest of the chat experience and AI functionality is provided by OpenAI, although Aviva will aim to help with information related to your insurance questions. Aviva does not provide advice through the App.

The controllers of your personal data are Aviva UK Digital Limited who is responsible for the sale and distribution of the product and the Aviva group company that underwrites your policy.
