SAIRYŌ helps event organizers and customers use ChatGPT to search their events and reports, fetch event or revenue details, and review ticket-sales KPI snapshots for a requested date range. It will also allow hosts to create their own events with a link to complete on SAIRYŌ's website.
The app does not facilitate in-chat commerce, payment, order creation, ticket fulfillment, transfers, or digital goods. It is limited to event discovery, event information, ticket tier display, and providing a link to the official SAIRYŌ.live page where any transaction is completed directly by the user.
Note: The SAIRYŌ ChatGPT app receives only the minimum information required to respond to a user’s event-related request, such as event ID, city, date range, category, ticket tier ID, or quantity. The app does not receive full conversation history, payment card details, or unrelated personal information. Purchases, payments, refunds, and ticket fulfillment occur only on SAIRYŌ.live and are governed by SAIRYŌ’s website terms and privacy policy.
