Connect ChatGPT to your Extole account. Ask how your programs are performing; get funnel metrics from Extole reports; look up a customer by email to see their profile, journeys, shares, and rewards; review campaign and program configuration, components, audiences, and reward suppliers; and search the Extole help center for setup and how-to guidance. When you ask for it, the app can also update program component settings and file an issue report with Extole. The app works against the Extole account you authorize at sign-in, and you can switch between the Extole clients your user has access to.
