Din Bostad helps users search the Swedish real estate market from inside ChatGPT. Use it for any prompt about finding, searching or browsing Swedish properties for sale: apartments (lägenheter, bostadsrätter), houses (villor, hus), townhouses (radhus), cabins (stugor), plots (tomter), or any for-sale property in Sweden.

The assistant resolves place names the user mentions to specific administrative locations (län, kommun,
area, place, street), then queries the listings index with structured filters such as price range, property
type, room count, living area, plot area, facilities (pool, balcony, garage, fireplace), energy class, viewing
windows, nearby points of interest (water, parks, schools, transit), publication recency, and sort order.
Constraints from earlier turns are carried forward, so users can refine or change direction without
restating everything.

Matching for-sale listings render on an interactive map widget with a sidebar list and a fullscreen
inspector for individual properties. Each listing links to the full advert on dinbostad.se, where the user can see all photos and viewing times, book a viewing, or contact the agent.
