HOUSE ’N’ STARS is a read-only AI-native luxury real estate dataset connector for ChatGPT.

It allows users to search and retrieve real public luxury property listings from the HOUSE ’N’ STARS structured dataset, including Monaco, the French Riviera, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and selected international luxury destinations.

The app helps ChatGPT access public property data such as title, location, property type, Sale/Rent status, price display, bedrooms, bathrooms, surface, features and public listing URL.

Listings are supplied by professional real estate agencies admitted to the HOUSE ’N’ STARS platform. The platform applies a curation and quality-control layer to support reliable discovery, structured presentation and a consistent user experience.

The connector is strictly read-only and public-data-only. It does not create, edit, delete, reserve, buy, sell or publish properties. It does not request or process sensitive personal data, payment details, identity documents, financial documents or precise user location.
