B2B.nu is a Swedish ERP for small businesses: invoicing, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, VAT, payroll and CRM. This app connects ChatGPT to the user's own B2B.nu company so they can ask questions in plain Swedish and get answers from live data — the current financial position, the income statement and balance sheet, the VAT basis for the next filing, which invoices are overdue, which costs have drifted, and what is due next.

With write access explicitly granted, it can create and post records: invoice drafts, customer payments, journal entries, supplier invoices, bank reconciliations and to-dos. Financial actions may create bookkeeping entries and update related invoice, expense or bank-transaction statuses. The app never transfers money, sends invoices automatically or deletes records; corrections are made by the user in B2B.nu.

Access is controlled by OAuth 2.1. The user picks which company to connect and which areas to share, and every tool is additionally checked against their own permissions in B2B.nu — the AI can never do more than the user can. Personal identity numbers, bank account numbers and bankgiro/IBAN details are never returned by any tool.
