With this plugin, ChatGPT can:
- Explain who Kratons is, where it operates, which languages it works in and how it prices trips (one package price per trip, prepared by a human advisor; no public price list).
- List the destinations where Kratons currently offers tours and tickets, and search those experiences by country, city or keyword.
- Browse published sample itineraries (destination, duration, day-by-day outline) to start planning from.
- Submit a structured proposal request on behalf of a traveller or a travel agent (destinations, dates, travellers, budget, interests) and return a reference.
- Check the status of a submitted proposal request by its reference.
Nothing is booked or paid inside ChatGPT. A proposal request goes to a human advisor at Kratons, who replies by e-mail within two business days. Prices and suppliers are never shown by the plugin.
